摘　要：
　　俄罗斯转轨经济的制度变迁之核心是私有化及后私有化阶段的各种关键制度的形成 ,而这些关键制度的重中之重则是金融制度。对于转轨经济而言 ,制度变迁必须在相对较短的时期内完成 ,因此它们不可能像成熟市场经济中的制度变迁一样在相对长的时间内慢慢演进 ,政府必须在经济体制变迁过程中发挥积极的作用 ,创造出有利于制度变迁的环境。俄罗斯是转轨国家的典型代表 ,研究其金融改革对经济发展之影响的意义是勿庸置疑的 ,通过俄罗斯金融制度变迁的效率分析 ,总结成功之经验 ,失败之教训 ,意义非浅

The core of institutional evolution in the transitional economies is the formation of various key institutions during privatization and post-privatization phases,among which the financial system is of the greatest importance.As for the transitional economies,the changes of institutions must be completed in a relatively short period as compared with mature market economies,where the institutional evolution is a comparatively gradual process.The government,therefore,should play a positive role in this process...
