摘要：本文的目的是通过对金融体系的微观传导机制的阐述,指出在不完全金融市场条件下,金融体系的建设不应该追求“完美”,而应该重视“合理”。全文主要阐明了如下的问题:金融体系的主要功能是什么,而且,如何束发挥这些作用,才能克服金融脆弱性对实体经济的负面影响,达到像费雪(1930)描述的那样,使企业为社会创造出最大的价值,使消费者从中获得最大的享受这样的理想状态。
