摘要：
　　1998年金融危机后,俄罗斯金融体系暴露出自身的诸多缺陷。本文通过分析产权结构和货币政策对俄罗斯金融发展所产生的影响,来探寻促使金融体系适应并促进俄罗斯经济增长的路径。俄罗斯应该在继续调整产权结构、实施金融深化、提高经济的货币化程度的基础上,积极发展私人金融,增强金融体系的灵活性和稳定性。

英文摘要：
After the financial crisis in 1998,the financial system of Russia has shown many of its drawbacks.By analyzing the influence of the property right structure and monetary policy of the Russian financial development,this paper tries to find out how to update the financial system to stimulate the economic growth in(Russia.)
