摘　要：
　　贸易战略与贸易政策以增强国家竞争力和增加国民福利为目标,在不同的国家和不同的经济发展阶段表现出不同的形式,并且各种政策手段因经济周期的作用也被循环使用。本文通过对世界各国在不同阶段所采用的贸易战略与政策的对比研究,揭示了贸易政策与经济发展阶段、国家利益、利益集团的博弈等内在联系,指出应根据中国现阶段国家利益与经济发展水平来正确选择适合的贸易战略与政策,以促进国际竞争力的进一步提升。
