【摘要】 本文以CIS转型国家银行业的改革与发展为研究对象,从银行数量、产权结构、金融中介水平等现实数据的分析出发,通过国际比较来考察和评判其成效,指出CIS各国的银行业改革虽然同时起步,但在发展水平上呈现出明显的差异。虽然从纵向比较的角度来看,各国都取得了一定的进步,但是通过国际的横向比较我们却不难发现其与世界水平的差距。为此,CIS转型国家要想使自己在世界市场上有竞争力,使自己具备良好的投资环境,就必须继续深化银行部门的改革。
【英文摘要】 This paper is on the reform and development of banking sector of CIS countries in transitional period. Research starts from the data analysis of the banks,property rights structure,the level of financial intermediation,and through international comparison it inspects and judges the effectiveness.
