【摘要】 经济全球化背景下爆发的中东欧国家银行业危机不仅暴露了欧洲一体化进程中的内在矛盾,也使得人们对一体化的推进产生了动摇。本文认为,世界经济的全球化和一体化不仅是"利益"共享机制,更是"风险"共担机制,危机的根源在于一体化进程中形成的中东欧国家对外资、外债和外贸的过度依赖性,再加上交叉传染机制使汇率风险骤增。未来若要降低全球性金融风险的冲击,中东欧国家需努力完善经济结构,降低对外依赖性,并争取早日加入欧元区。
